Not Ready To Get Uncomfortable?
Then This training Probably Isn’t For You.
This program will shatter the boundaries of your comfort zone. It can, at times, get emotionally exhausting because you will come face to face with the deep shame, fear, and disconnection that many women feel towards their bodies as a result of dominant cultural beliefs and narratives indoctrinated in us since birth, and even before. Don't worry sister, you aren't in this alone - together we will nurture, laugh, sing, and dance our way back to healing.

Unraveling these feelings – digging into them before uprooting them – is an uncomfortable, but liberating process. It is not an experience that is for everyone. For those not willing to lean in trust the process and sit in their discomfort, it might cause a desire to quit the program and run away. If this sounds like you, then this program is definitely not a great fit.

If, however, you are more than willing to put yourself through the storm of emotional release – understanding and accepting that you will at times you may be very triggered, and that you won’t walk out of here without having undergone a soul-shaking transformation of Self – then this just might be for you. We’re ready to meet you at the soul level, sister.
