You are required to purchase Travel Insurance
for your time in Costa Rica. The insurance coverage must cover the following: emergency evacuation, repatriation of remains, medical expenses, and trip cancellation. This will protect you in the event that you are required to fly home early or are unable to join us last minute due to an unforeseen emergency. We recommend using World Nomads Travel Insurance
The entire program takes place at Finca Armonia, a permaculture farm located near Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica. This gives you the opportunity to “disconnect” from the distractions of our fast-paced lives, so you can focus completely on mastering, understanding, and grasping prenatal yoga practices.
You won’t have television or readily available WiFi or other outside distractions. Instead, you will find strength and support in a soul-centered community of women eager to explore their own inner conditions and the prenatal dimensions of yoga.
Everything here is designed to root you firmly to Mother Earth. Even the food you eat is organic (and delicious, too!) – coming straight from the gardens of the permaculture farm. Lodging is provided by eco-conscious, recycled container homes.
So if you’re drawn to the idea of transforming your yoga practice amongst howling monkeys, rain-swollen clouds rolling across the sky, and the murmuring voice of the wind playing with the leaves and trees of the jungle.
